This is a progressive studio circuit setting that will focus on principles of movement utilising all aspects of the studio equipment in a tiered and orderly fashion.
Classes are tired to 3 people every half hour with a maximum of 6 people in the studio at any given moment. Individual attention is given during the first 15 minutes of each session in order to to review the principles of the exercises on the circuit and a further 45 minutes is based on self practice with casual overview.
These Classes are offered on a Promotional Basis and subject to student numbers.
